Dear Summer partnered with Philanthropy DMV, formerly known as the Washington Regional Association of Grantmakers (WRAG), to document a pivotal moment in the organization's evolution. The project followed a series of convenings and events leading up to their annual meeting, where the organization formally unveiled its new name and identity.
The work culminated in a short film premiered at the annual meeting, capturing the intention, reflection, and forward momentum behind the transition from WRAG to Philanthropy DMV — marking not just a rebrand, but a renewed commitment to regional collaboration, equity, and impact.
